Undead Ent

It is the stuff of nightmares. Branches have been contorted into long talons, and a giant sharp-toothed mouth breathes foul air. The ent's bark has rotted in many areas, and through it can be seen rotting body parts. It has probably eaten many unfortunate adventurers.
